What Amazon Kindle Should Have Been
You are looking here a prototype of the OLPC (One laptop Per Child) version 2 that Nicholas Negroponte the project founder unveiled 2 days ago.
The device has a foldable laptop form factor, however the absence of a real keyboard (replaced with a touchscreen soft keyboard when needed) might give some hints of future design (Amazon Kindle should be inspired from).
Of course, when reading, the keyboard is replaced with another page. The display is powered by Pixel-Qi, which should enhance the use either indoors or in bright sunlight.
