I guess, you would go to Start-Settings – Personal – Today – Item – Uncheck HTC Today Home Plug-in

If you touch the calendar on the home screen outlook mobile opens. How can you make PocketInformant to open instead?

PocketInformant should have an option to make it the default calendar app.

i tried HTC Diamond Skin for Spb 2.1 on my HTC Diamond. it did not work i tried many different style they all make the phone to freeze

Dave Azadi, Most of these customizations are for non-Touch Diamond user wanting to make theirs look like the Diamond. You do have one. Why bother?
Maybe like me, he loves the design style of the Touchflo 3d interface of his HTC Touch Diamond/Pro – however also is aware of the advantages of the spb shell
By being able to run spb, but keep the black/grey slide style of the htc, you get the best of both worlds
Am still trying to get touchflo3d and spb3 to run at same time – the secondtoday workaround didnt ummm workaround for me
