When it comes to phone platforms, there are fanboys on each camp who can feverishly defend the supremacy of their favorite device. I still think it is a personal choice to make depending on your needs and taste and I am very grateful that we have a healthy competition, which fosters innovation and affordability.

I just spotted on Vodafone Web site – the wireless operator that will carry the iPhone to several markets in July – a page announcing the Windows Mobile HTC Touch Diamond with the bold statement: “The Diamond surpasses the iPhone in all aspects”, I thought it is intriguing and  worth mentioning.
