Last May, Touch Commander 3 was announced. TC is an utility that gives full finger touch navigation functionality to any touchscreen capable WM device.

Touch Commander lets you browse and scroll a Windows Mobile Pocket PC with a sweep of a finger across the screen just like HTC TouchFLO.
