When you think about the form factors, first you have the Diamond: Small, full touch screen, second you have the Touch Pro: full touch screen with a side-sliding keyboard  now third, it must be a  standard Smartphone with  side-sliding keyboard + frontal 12-key keyboard and that is exactly what we see here with today HTC’s announcement of the HTC S740.

The HTC S740 is a slim, compact, and stylish smartphone that provides the perfect combination of a traditional 12-key phone design with HTC’s signature sliding QWERTY keyboard for optimal messaging.  The HTC S740 will be available across Europe from September 2008 and the rest of the world later.
