To differentiate with its sibling Touch Diamond, the HTC Touch Pro comes with the TV out capability. Unlike the TV out of the venerable Dell Axim X51v, The TV output of the Touch Pro seems to have video and audio as well.
Instead of just mirroring the screen, HTC provide an application for the type of display selection (Powerpoint, Pics & Vids, Internet, YouTube) and video standards (PAL or NTSC).

is the video out by USB to computer?
It is a component out (yellow, red white) to the TV
and what about sound?
As I stated in the post the TV out also has audio (Red & White plugs)

Now the htc touch HD is out, which seems far better… one hick, does it come with tv out as well?
Though no keyboard, i thk the much larger screen will compensate for it… even typing should be easier
