Yahoo! Mail is Suffering Outage

It looks like a temporary glitch in Yahoo network has part of Yahoo! mail down this morning.
Last couple of days, I noticed something is wrong with the AJAX GUI that has the scrolling bar disappeared. I don’t know if it is related.
The service has been restored, but my email format is all messed up (all centered). Anybody else having the same issues?
