Another Day, Another HTC Device: HTC Viva; HTC Touch 3G

The HTC Touch Viva (AKA Opal) is in the wild with rumor to be released by end of September. The Viva has the same shape and form as the HTC Touch but carry the TouchFLO 3D instead.

With the absence of 3G networking connection 3G and the no frill specs indicate a low-end touchscreen smartphone.
