Genius Bar Opens for iTunes 8 Cocktails
Rumor gathering indicates, on Tuesday, in addition to the new iPod Nano, Apple will bring iTunes 8.0 with a “Genius” feature to automatically build playlist based on your music taste similar to Pandora. And of course once in a while the “Genius” sidebar also suggests additional tunes available for purchase with direct links to iTunes store.
On the store side, more HD video contents will be added to re-energize the Apple-TV (to get out of its “Hobby” status).
Visually, if we are tired of the overly-abused cover-flow style to flip through your album arts, a “grid view” will be added along with new “visualizer”.
With all of these changes , of course iPhone will not be forgotten. A new firmware 2.1 will be on the Tuesday menu as well if the predictions are correct.
