As I am writing this post, today Sept 15,08 webcast is underway in Europe. The Web site where you can watch this Webcast is location based. Therefore in the West coast US, it still indicates 7 hours away. However Sony official site http://xperiancers.com/ offers an embeddable Twitter feed, which is not up-to-the-minute yet.

lol sorry to tell you this.. but for people in the US, you actually missed it. The live webcast is now over. Unfortunately, you’re going to be greeted with absolutely nothing when your timer reaches zero (or at least by then they might have the replay up).
I know because unlike America where the timer has not yet reached zero yet, my timer (in Australia) reached zero 9 hours too early and I got to click the ‘view webcast’ button hours before the event began (of course no video stream was up).. at which point I realised that it was simply counting down to 1PM 15th September, REGARDLESS of which time zone you’re in, which is obviously stupid since the live cast is only aired at 1pm in one time zone, and a different time in every other time zone. In fact, if you change your system time now, you’ll see the countdown change)
Sorry but -1 to the web programmers on forgetting to account for time zone!
