US Wireless Carriers Offer Month-to-Month Service
Today Verizon Wireless announced the month-to-month service, which allows subscriber to pay as they go without binding 2-year contract. The pricing is expected to be the same, but month-to-month subscriber will have either to provide their own phone or to pay new phone in full price. In the other hand, there will be no termination nor penalty.
One might thought it is logical to do so but in the past, the marketing retention plans prevented subscribers to get such services even without subsidy needed.
Along with Verizon, T-Mobile has its “FlexPay”. Sprint and AT&T are supposed to have the same offerings however with lots of restrictions about plan and phone hardware but competition will force them to go with more flexibility.
