The 4G WiMax technology just started to emerge in the US market with Sprint XOHM.
The first HTC Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro also pops up on the Blogosphere. The "HTC T8290" should be able to run Russian WiMax network, Yota,
Some preliminary specs
- 3.8" 800×480 WVGA LCD
- GSM+WiMax
- 802.11g WiFi
- Bluetooth 2.0
Of course, the 4G WiMax only works where available and the device should be downward compatible with other GSM networks
