DimDim Free Web-Meeting

image DimDim is a new Web-based solution for Web-Meeting. For under 20 participants the meeting is free. For up to 100 participants, the annual cost is $99.

The solution is surprisingly feature rich such sharing desktop, whiteboard, PowerPoint presentation, voice, video, international conference call number  and chat.

To host a meeting, registration is only required for the host. Once registered, host user can initiate immediately or schedule a meeting by inviting participants via email.

The solution works well on Firefox, but I was unsuccessful in Google Chrome.

Take a look at the below overview.[Video courtesy of Robin Wood Network]

SolSie, thanks for this Dimdim post. You are correct that Dimdim Free allows you to host up to 20 attendees. Pro meetings start at $99. The different levels available are at:

Kevin,
Can you check, I can’t not embed your video tutorials at all.

SolSie, the video tutorials are actually recorded Dimdim meetings. To get the embed code, go to the video you want, while it is playing click the icon in the lower-right corner of the player window. This will give you sizing options and one called “Embed…”. This will give you the embed code you need.

Thanks!

Kevin, I tried before but it came out all black. Actually I put it up above so you can see.

I have the actual FLV files now for the Demo videos. Drop me an email and let me know which one(s) you want.

Thanks.
