Microsoft cuts price on Zune

Microsoft just released  the 3.1 Zune firmware update. The update brought

• Games Checkers, Sudoku, and Space Battle), with multiplayer mode and single player difficulty levels for Texas Hold’em,
• New refresh to Zune Social, a new feature called "like minded listeners," which will let you see how compatible your music tastes are with other listeners and friends.
• Performance improvements for the Zune PC software and device firmware.

The big news are also the price cut on the existing Zune line-up

• Zune 4GB: from $129 to $99
• Zune 8GB: from $149 to $139
• Zune 16GB: from $199 to $179
• Car Pack: from $79 to $69
• Home/AV Pack: from $79 to $59
• Dock Pack: from $39 to $49
