RIM just offered a preview version of "BlackBerry Media Sync for Mac" in addition to the Windows version. The client app that synchronizes non-DRM music from iTunes to select BlackBerry models.
The client app supports Mac OS X 10.5.5 Leopard and iTunes 7.7 as minimum, The BB supported models are BlackBerry Storm (9530), Bold (9000), Pearl Flip (8200), Pearl, Curve (8900 and 8300), and 880 series.
