Dual Personality Phone: Windows Mobile or Android

in a conference that took place in Beijing, Ada-based Future Technology presented a new phone that comes in 2 flavors of OS Windows Mobile and  Android. The device called Qi i6.

Even though the two units using different OS, the underlying hardware is the same. User has to pick the model at purchase, either i6 Win or i6 Goal.

But I am confident a quick ROM flash would make this a dual personality device.
