Facebook Connect to Widen the Social Platform

Self-Service Lets Third Parties Use Facebook Connect to Tap into Social Graph
Facebook tooday announced the ability for any Website to implement Facebook Connect, a service designed to make it easy for its more than 130 million active users to combine their Facebook experience with any participating Website, desktop application or mobile device. Following several months of testing, Facebook Connect is now available to all interested third parties through a self-service application on Facebook Platform, at: http://developers.facebook.com/connect.php.
