image Vlingo has launched its voice-transcription search app for the Apple iPhone. Vlingo  application that lets users talk into their phones to search the Web, dial contacts, and update their status on Twitter and Facebook. Similar to Google’s iPhone app, users are able to do all this without ever having to use their keyboard.

Since Vlingo is not associates to any particular search engine, user enjoys more choices along with auto-dial contact with voice and the ability to update social network sites with the use of  TwitterFone and the SayWho iPhone application in one piece of software.

Vlingo is a free app from the iTunes app store. [Via Cnet]
