Zune users report all over the Internet about their Zune freezes at reboot. This phenomenon seems to happen strangely exactly at midnight PST on Tuesday 12-30-2008

This totally sucks! I’ve been trying to figure out why only the Zune 30gb are the ones that are not working, I own a Zune 30gb and I am very sad to say that I am experiencing those issure as well, Zune has lost my service completely due to the rude customer service people and the lack of their efforts to help the situation.
