Glazed Vista: A work in progress for Windows Mobile

A teasing screenshot showing an ongoing project to develop a new Vista-like skin for Windows Mobile. The developer calls  it “Glazed Vista.” You can see more screenshots HERE!

This project reminds me of the Wisbar Advance Desktop by LakeridgeSoftware but there is no indicator if this is indeed related to WAD (BTW, does anybody know what happened to LakeridgeSoftware community?).
Granted, the skin looks great, however the developer needs to know in a recent survey, users were asked what are the most important thing developer should pay attention when designing mobile app. The #1 answer was: “a smartphone is not a computer, so do not design the UI that looks like the desktop OS”. Nuf said!
