SlideShare, the online service that lets users upload presentation to the cloud. Starting today you can embed YouTube videos into SlideShare. It’s really easy. After uploading your video, go to your presentation. Choose the slide and paste the embed code for the video. You can embed multiple videos into the slide. Have fun with it!
but why only youtube? if they wrote the code they should have made everything embedable. empressr for example also allows you to embed youtube videos and you can even have live twitter responses to your presentations embeded in the slide show
