Pogoplug is an inexpensive ($79) NAS adapter that offers 1 Ethernet port to connect to your home router and an USB port to connect to any hard drive. Pogoplug then provides access to the data resides from all your home computers and remote access to your laptop (or your iPhone) should you travel  away from home. A great simple device for SDD netbook users.
