Flickr adds HD video hosting / playback

Flickr, well known for photo hosting, but recently added video hosting for the Pro account users ($25 yearly membership). On Monday, Flickr added HD capability for content upload and player for the Pro accounts and HD content upload available  for free account without the HD player.

While user get better video quality, limitations in size and duration make this HD addition less appealing. The uploaded video can not last more than 1:30 minutes be under 150MB in size.

Along with the HD feature, Flickr is offering the Flickr clock, which allows video viewers browse te videos by the recorded time. [Via CBS]
