Our friend Adam Pash from LifeHacker has a small pet project call MixTape.me, that lets user search online music, create playlist and share with friends.

The UI emphasizes on simplicity. It provides the look and feel of a desktop music player. User can search and aggregate music found on the Web. MixTape.me essentially uses  several other music services to integrate artist bios (Last.fm), lyrics (LyricWiki), and YouTube videos with the music you’re listening to, allowing you to learn about the music as you enjoy it. Once you create a playlist, you can embed it to your blog or Web site.

Adam is looking for feedback. Please send any problems or bugs to support at mixtape.me
