Apple Rumors: “iPhone Lite”, “Media Pad” and Verizon

Some juicy rumors coming out of BusinessWeek stating in few months Apple will launch a “lite” version of its iPhone and a “media pad”, and these products might debut a new wireless carrier relationship, this time the name of Verizon was mentioned.

While details are scarce  a the moment, the phone could be using Verizon network and the “Media pad” seems to be similar to Amazon Kindle, except it will let user play music, view photos and watch hi-def videos. If the Kindle uses Sprint network to download books only. The “Media pad” could use Verizon network to connect to the Web.   [Via Arstechnica]
