Free Utility (PC): MemoriesOnWeb – Photo SlideShow for YouTube

MemoriesOnWeb is a powerful yet simple to use slideshow freeware. It’s designed for folks who want to create photo/video slideshows easily and upload to free video sharing web sites (eg. YouTube) to share it with friends and family. Below is a quick example we produced with few mouse clicks.

Based on the same engine as MemoriesOnTV (a commercial software for DVD slideshows, which is my favorite program for authoring pictures to DVD and .jpg archiving), MemoriesOnWeb offers a host of advanced controls that allow you to blend your photos & video with almost unlimited creativity. You can apply pan/zoom motion effects to individual slides, or mix multiple audio tracks and synchronize them to your slides.

You basically launch the software; select pictures you want to include; add a music background; add few effects (zooming, panning, etc.) or just leave as default settings and voila.

When you’re done authoring your slideshow, simply publish it to your video sharing web site (such YouTube) with a single mouse click. MemoriesOnWeb integrates seamlessly with your video host back-end, and will do the video upload on your behalf. It also save the .mpg on your PC (which can be copied to your DVD).
