There have been some rumblings in Zuneland. After a leaked image of a new Zune HD hardware ad.

Today Adweek reports, Microsoft is recruiting advertisement agencies McCann Erickson, Crispin Porter + Bogusky and JWT for a new ad campaign for a product referred to as “Pink”.

The “Pink” project has been speculated for sometime as Zune software and services on mobile phone . “Pink” could also be a product that will combine the company’s Zune and technology from Microsoft’s purchase of Danger Inc., the company that brought us the Sidekick flip phone available on T-Mobile.

In a recent interview, Steve Ballmer, Microsoft’s CEO confirmed Zune software and services could go beyond the Zune hardware.   [Via CBS/Cnet]
