The free utility “Winphone and Around” monitors your device connection and displays cellular stations identifications, Wifi access points, and of course GPS localizations. Designed for any Windows Mobile phone

It displays:

• GSM transmitters (cellular network stations: signal, MCC, MNC, LAC, CELLID)
• WiFi access points (infrastructures: signal, channel, encryption, BSSDI (Mac), SSID)
• GPS localizations (signal, latitude, longitude, altitude, moving speed)

The freeware version destined for private use, only for testing purposes, It displays only the latest 5 values. You can open and read About dialog.
