The free utility “Winphone and Around” monitors your device connection and displays cellular stations identifications, Wifi access points, and of course GPS localizations. Designed for any Windows Mobile phone
.
It displays:
- GSM transmitters (cellular network stations: signal, MCC, MNC, LAC, CELLID)
- WiFi access points (infrastructures: signal, channel, encryption, BSSDI (Mac), SSID)
- GPS localizations (signal, latitude, longitude, altitude, moving speed)
The freeware version destined for private use, only for testing purposes, It displays only the latest 5 values. You can open and read About dialog.

Base of such values, we can monitors and save external devices, cars, animals, etc.
