NTT DoCoMo Spatial Audio Transmission Technology

NTT DoCoMo, Japan’s largest mobile operator will demonstrate its new audio technology called “spatial audio transmission” at the Wireless Technology Park 2009 at Pacifico Yokohama (12 –13 May), Japan

The technology would improve the listening experience of mobile phone user by having a simulated directional effect . According to NTT DoCoMo, this technology would  “create a virtual face-to-face communication environment.”
