Seesmic desktop is an Adobe AIR app for Windows and Mac OS that let user to combine, manage Facebook and multiple Twitter accounts in to one place.

Seesmic is using the new Facebook Open Stream API, which provides not only status updates but all its content (pics, links, videos, likes and comments).
