Rumor again about Dell working on a mobile device

WSJ reports Dell is working on a non-phone Internet portable device that will be powered by Google Android OS. The device reportedly has a form factor similar to the Apple iPod touch, using ARM-based chip. As you know, since the Axim line, Dell has explored several mobile products but none came to fruition. This MID device could be another prototype for consideration. Dell lab has shown in the past, some testing’s they performed with Android Cupcake running on the Netbook before. A Dell spokesman declined to comment on any plans for the product category.   [Via WSJ]
