TechCrunch’s Michael Arrington and his team seems to be closer to commercialize their first tablet device to allow user simply perform simple Web browsing.

The San Francisco Business Times reported Friday that Arrington has incorporated a separate company called CrunchPad. And we should expect an announcement event as early as the end of this month.

You can see our report earlier this year HERE!. However, the latest remors indicate the form factor would be nicer then last reported, with different color shell and the CPU will be the ubiquitous Intel Atom processor running Linux Ubuntu.

The 16 millimeters thick with a screen of at least 12 inches device will cost less than $300 when it goes on sale.  [Via NY Times]
