I have been using this for a while now and it works pretty well. I think I am using version 1.1 because I had problems with the later versions. Even with version 1.1, sometimes if I try to resume a playlist while low on memory WMP will skip to the next track.

For me it is not important at all since most of the (cheap) payware media players out there handle this. I have two (at least) on my tp now that do this (and much much more).

Amazing! Thanks so much for highlighting this. I use my HTC Wizard to listen to podcasts, lectures, and audio books but this has driven me crazy for 2yrs. Now, thanks to XDA-devs and your post it sounds like it will be solved.
