Zune HD Short Hands-on Video
The Zune HD has been seen in many gathering places with limited capability shown – we are not sure if Microsoft wants to surprise us at launch or the product is still in development . At this point, only Microsoft handler can play and tell the flashy GUI, video capture is allowed however.
The GUI of music, photo, radio looks stunning with great transition effects (I hope there is option to turn off the distractive display when I just want to listen to the music). The browser, and reportedly game were not demonstrated. The keyboard was shown without any predictive input capability.

A small detail, the screen seems to be fingerprint magnet, Microsoft should learn from the Apple latest iPhone 3G S screen coating.
