Once again, Twitter taught us some hot leaks, this time is about the upcoming Bing 2.0 by Microsoft.

Several tweets posted followed to an internal meeting that Microsoft held in Seattle, where Microsoft, reportedly showcased their “decision search engine” 2.0, suggesting its release is imminent.

Tidbits from Twitter:

Bing 2.0, out this month, has some exciting new features. Imagine seeing maps plus pics from the neighborhood of a restaurant to try. “

Another:
“BING 2.0 terrific !! watch out guys ! bing + silverlight in maps = amazing !! goodbye google”

The new “decision engine” seems to integrate Microsoft proprietary “SilverLight” technology promising to deliver more exciting immersive location based experience to search users. Microsoft Silverlight is a cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device plug-in for delivering the media experiences and rich interactive applications for the Web. Silverlight is a competing solution for the ubiquitous Adobe Flash    [Via ZDNet]
