AT&T: We Did not Give iPhone Users MMS, Because…
Last release of iPhone OS, Apple delivered MMS (Multi-Media Service) for the iPhone. The service allows users to take a picture, video and send as an SMS. The service has been widely available on many phones even with AT&T. However AT&T did not make available until Sept 25.
As iPhone gains popularity, its users increase the data traffic drastically and hammer heavily AT&T network and many users expressed concern and anger for dropped calls and inability to access 3G network. In response to all of these, AT&T created a video of Seth the Blogger guy. It attempts to explain what’s going on in the background and what AT&T is doing in reaction to all the articles, bogs and tweets.
