well, I see how to “integrate” (auto forward) multiple gmail mails… but how can I integrate the multiple gmail *contacts* into one, phone-addicted ? don’t tell me import / export, they are independently updated, because one is mine, the other is company’s.

Didn’t this already exist? I’ve had Gmail on my iPhone (set up by choosing “Microsoft Exchange”) for a long time now. What is the difference between what I had and this new setup?

If you have multiple GMail accounts, you really need to integrate them into one. Using multiple Google Accounts is a major pain in the rear.
