Slowly, Mozilla has released a new Alpha version of its mobile browser codenamed Fennec for Windows Mobile OS. The new version promises faster start-up time, improved panning ability. Mozilla has also implemented a tile cache rendering system that allows users to cache previously rendered content and avoid duplicating the work.
