This morning, I received the package Windows 7 upgrade from Amazon. The package is user friendly, it comes with a small booklet and 2 DVD (32 bit and 64 bit versions).
Instructions are simple and straightforward. I will report the upgrade experience on a Vista PC later.

Still upgrading elapsed time 2Hr. It asked me to uninstall Roxio CD Creator and Reboot a couple of times..
