Trim your MP3 Files with Mp3Cut.net

Great way to use audio as an excerpt, but if you only need a portion of that audio (mp3) file, there is no easy way except you have an audio/ sound editor. Thankfully, there is a free online service for that. It called   MP3Cut.net. (the site is under heavy load, be patient!)

The fee service lets you upload an mp3 file and use the slider to  adjust and cut a segment on frame boundaries with 1/10th of a second accuracy. The preview is available for your convenience prior to the cut. Tag ID3 remains intact.

You can use service such song.ly or Drop.io to upload/ host your edited audio file for later use.

For Youtube video sharing use &t parameter:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=_OBlgSz8sSM#t=00m30s          (Starting at 30s)

For embed code, add &start=30                           (Only second available, convert if needed)
