Skype 2.0 for iPhone With 3G Support Released

Until now, using the VoIP client Skype to make voice calls only works on WiFi, users have to rely on third party software such Fring to overcome the limitation when only 3G network available, but the experience has been a hit and miss.

Skype just now released a new version that adds this support, so if you are out side of WiFi zone, Skype continues to work over 3G.

Skype has been reworking on its business model and sadly it will charge a small recurrence monthly fee for Skype-to-Skype starting September
