There are so many talks about the default privacy settings on Facebook that have been set to be available to public. You should take a look at them. If you haven’t done lately

Instead of checking 50 setting features with over 150 options available and try to understand each of them,   ReclaimPrivacy.org graciously offers a bookmarklet, once dragged to your browser bookmark; go to your Facebook account, click on Privacy settings then click on the bookmarklet. You will see a series of privacy scans that inspect your privacy settings and warn you about settings that might be unexpectedly public.
