Join.me: Simple Conference and Screen Sharing Tools
join.me is a dead simple conference and screen sharing tool to have a group up to 250 people to a meeting online. The service is available to Windows and Mac with no registration required.
You can visit join.me to initiate the meeting, the site will prompt to download a small code to execute (it will remove itself upon completion or you can choose to leave it for future uses); The service then will give you a number e.g. 567-890-123 to give out to your guests, who can go to Join.me and enter to join your session or they can simply enter http://join.me/567-890-123 for direct access.
Your guests will start seeing your screen in their browser. As the initiator/ presenter , you will see a small widget floating to top of your screen, from which you can pause the session, conduct a chat to a specific guest or to the group, control the audio, file tranfer or relinquish the mouse control to one of the guest….
