Add a Custom Signature to iPhone Email
Email app on iPhone only allows a message “Sent from my iPhone” or another text message to replace it. If you want a more complete signature, the clever free iPhone Signature Creator online tool can help to make a professional signature to embed automatically to your outgoing emails.
You first need to visit iPhone Signature Creator page and fill in pertinent information you want to include. You can optionally select font color, company logo, avatar,…to your liking. You can also use MyLiveSignature to create a hand written signature; save as a jpg file for this project.
At the end, enter an arbitrary PIN number. If you make mistakes after submitting, just use the back arrow of your browser , make correction and resubmit.
Upon completion, just ask the service to send you an email, the same email address that you filled in earlier and hopefully you also receive email to your iPhone. Click on the link and enter the pin numbers. Bookmark the link or better create an icon for your homepage for future use.
The email app will open with your custom signature included. Next time, just tap on that new icon on the home page to create new email.
