This week, Microsoft updated Microsoft Security Essentials, the free security suite for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 in 32 and 64 bit. Microsoft Security Essentials or MSE is the one of the best antivirus utility. Its protection capabilities could match with popular commercial security products  available.

imageMicrosoft Security Essentials provides real-time protection for your home PC that guards against viruses, spyware, and other malicious software. The suite is running quietly and efficiently  in the background and it is always kept up to date so you can be assured your PC is protected by the latest technology. It’s easy to tell if your PC is secure — when you’re green, you’re good. It’s that simple.

It is highly recommended that you have only 1 antivirus install at time on your Windows machine. So if you already have them. Please check with the vendor support Website to find out way to remove it first.
