image As many suspect that Amazon just has laid the foundation of its Android ecosystem with the app store, cloud drive and cloud player. All eyes are on the hardware announcement.

Late Monday afternoon, the blog BGR claimed to receive information from tipsters about the upcoming Android device line-up from the giant online retail store.

The line-up will have at least two tablets. One would be an entry level codenamed “Coyote” featuring the NVIDA Tegra 2, the larger sibling codenamed “Hollywood” yields more attention with its potent NVIDIA T30  “Kal-El” is known for its quad-core configuration promising 500% performance increase over the dual-core version. And the codename “Hollywood” could imply movie streaming to rival Netflix.

    This looks pretty good, Amazon already has the Kindle, and moving on up to tablets would be even better. Apple’s iPad may have something to watch out for.
