Today Google introduced enhanced Voice Search capability on its iOS app. The new feature allows users to ask question out loud and the app can speak the answer back. A similar capability has been offered by iOS native Siri on newer devices.
Now you can ask your phone anything, anywhere by just launching the app and tap the mic icon. Use it in the kitchen, in the garage or anytime your hands might be full. Plus, searching with your voice makes searching words you’re not sure how to spell quicker and easier.
You can ask When is your flight leaving? How is the weather this weekend? How much is $100 in Euros? How tall is the Eiffel Tower? With voice search, now you can hear your answer loud and clear.
Google voice search seems to be much faster and provides more accurate answers in general based on my preliminary testing.
