image Google just introduced Keep, a Web service and an Android app that allows users to create note or list to store in Google Docs, the company Cloud storage service.

Web users can go to and start writing note or list, which is a note with bullocks for more than one items. The contents could be link, text, photo. User can choose a color label for visual reference. The Web interface can show all notes in same size cards or in one fixed width column arrangement. There is no way to manually re-arrange notes. Notes can be edited, deleted, achieved or searched. Since it is a Cloud solution, users should expect all the notes will be sync’ed across devices.

Mobile app users can snap photos from the camera and insert in to notes as well as adding a voice recording, which will be save in audio and transcribed text formats.

Keep is only available on the Web and Android devices running Android 4.0 and newer. We were told that the iOS version is coming.

Google has created a widget for the latest Android 4.2. The widget can be placed on the hone screen or lockscreen for your convenience.
