Adobe AIR Goes Out of Beta

Adobe’s AIR platform just came out Beta status. Adobe AIR is a platform for web applications to run on your desktop without the need of a web browser and they can also run offline. This platform is similar to Yahoo! Widgets, formerly known as Kofabulator with more muscle. Adobe  AIR can be downloaded HERE!

One of the Web apps that uses AIR is AOL Top 100 Videos . This desktop widget lets you view the latest music videos, related artist videos, and special features provided by AOL.

The music videos are sorted into various genres (Rock & Alternative, Pop, Hip-Hop, etc.). You can download the AOL top 100 videos HERE!.
