You can download and unzip the portable version of package to a folder and launch the .exe file. There is a folder, called Wallpapers that contains some default backgrounds, you can add yours within the same folder. A small icon will appear at the system tray ,should you need to customize at your likings. The configure option allows:

• Change the background or set-up for automatically changing
• Set color gradient to add drama
• Create shape (or box with transparent color as seen behind the calendar in the below screenshot. You can create additional boxes to neatly organize your desktop icons.
• Add a clock (analog or digital formats with many presets to choose from)
• Add a calendar

Sizing and position of each object can be set with drag and size with your mouse. Don’t forget to hit “OK”  and “Apply” to see change.
